How do I create an account or sign in?
Choose Create Account. Enter your first name, email and a password of at least 12 characters, and confirm you are 18 or older. Open the verification email in the same browser.
My verification link is missing or has expired. What next?
Check your spam folder and the address you typed. Open the link in the browser where you started. If it has expired, choose Request a new link. If you may already be verified, try signing in before registering again.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Forgot password? and enter your account email. Open the newest reset link in the same browser and choose a new password of at least 12 characters. A used or expired link needs a new request. Never give your password, codes or card details to Leona or anyone else.
I am signed in. How do I open prntAI?
Choose Launch App in your oneprnt account and select your family if asked. prntAI is open to invited families only. If sign-in cannot be confirmed, return to your account and try again.
Reading and making Stories
How do I read, listen or watch in the Library?
Choose a child in the Library, then a story and its available format. Each child has social and learning examples. Read the opening pages or, where narration is available, listen to an excerpt. Continue free opens adult sign-in for the full edition. Cartoons are coming later; the books are available now.
Where do I find my saved Stories?
In prntAI, open your family, choose your child and look under Saved Stories. If a finished Story is missing, choose Refresh library. These Stories are saved privately to your account.
How do I save or print my Story?
Open the finished book in prntAI and choose Save PDF, then Download PDF or Open PDF. Print it from your PDF viewer; on a phone, use the Share menu. If preparation fails, keep reading and try Save PDF again.
Why is my Story not playing aloud?
In your saved book, choose a voice, then Listen to Story. If preparation stops, choose Check narration before continuing and keep reading meanwhile. If the audio is ready but silent, check your volume and press Listen again. Narration does not start on its own.
My Story stopped partway through. What should I do?
In your child’s prntAI library, open Unfinished Story requests and select the original request; Check this request shows what was saved. If Continue illustrations appears, it continues that same Story. While the result is uncertain, do not start a replacement or buy another package.
Can I change a finished Story?
Available editing options depend on the story edition. Open your saved story’s options in prntAI, or ask Support about a correction before creating another copy.
Why are the Library and my account showing different stories?
The website Library has prepared social and learning books across five children’s shelves. Your prntAI account holds your family’s saved stories. Reading a Library example does not add it to your private collection.
Test payments
Am I paying real money for a test package?
No. Test packages in the invited prntAI experience use test cards; checkout does not charge real money. Paid plans are not on sale yet.
Payment failed or looks unfinished. Should I buy again?
Choose Check payment beside the original purchase. If it is unpaid, Resume test checkout reopens that same purchase. If it is cancelled, nothing was added and you may start a new purchase. If it is unknown or needs review, do not buy again to clear it.
Privacy and control
Who chooses what goes into a Story?
You choose the child, the moment and the familiar people, pets or things, and you review every page before your child sees it. Profiles and saved books belong to your household. Leona does not automatically read your family profiles, pictures or Stories.
What does removing a Story or clearing a chat do?
Remove from library asks you to confirm. Everyone in your household loses access to that saved copy, and you cannot undo it. Downloaded PDFs stay on your device. Clearing the conversation with Leona removes the conversation from your screen, not all server or provider records.
What happens when I try a story idea on the homepage?
When you choose Preview story, OpenAI turns your words into a title, short outline and an illustration when available. The characters are fictional; this is an idea for a book, not your child’s likeness. If your browser saves the idea, its note and outline stay in this tab for 30 minutes. If it cannot, copy them before leaving. Save the picture before leaving if you want to keep it. Preview allowances differ for visitors, signed-in accounts and approved testers. Personal story creation is currently by invitation.

No. This page explains the steps with prepared fictional examples. The homepage composer is a separate AI preview service.

What is oneprnt?
oneprnt turns a child’s real moments and questions into illustrated stories. prntAI makes the book, Leona answers questions, and prntGuides offers practical guidance. prntFilms is coming soon.
What is prntAI?
prntAI is oneprnt’s story-making engine. Describe a situation or a question, choose your child and familiar characters, then review the words and illustrations. Personal creation is currently by invitation; anyone can explore the prepared examples.
Is this the same as Social Stories?
Personal stories can help explain a situation and what may happen. Social Stories is also the name of Carol Gray’s defined methodology. oneprnt does not claim affiliation or automatic compliance with it.
Who is oneprnt for?
Parents and caregivers reading with neurodivergent and neurotypical children, to talk through something that happened, prepare for what comes next or revisit a recurring difficulty. The adult chooses what is useful for their child.
Is oneprnt a clinical service?
No. oneprnt does not diagnose, treat or promise outcomes. Stories, Leona and prntGuides offer information and ideas for conversation. Clinical concerns belong with a qualified professional.
Where are the guides?
prntGuides covers autism, ADHD, anxiety and OCD. Start here, Try this and Why this can help are public, along with sources and urgent-help information. A free account opens further situations and detail. The personal-stories guide is fully public.
What makes a Story personal?
It starts with your child’s situation and the details that matter: who will be there, what has happened and what the child can do. Familiar people and things can make those details easier to recognise. You review what prntAI produces.
Will everyone look the same on every page?
prntAI uses approved references to keep characters recognisable. Appearance can still vary, especially when several characters share a picture. Check each page before reading together.
What can Leona help me with?
On this website, Leona explains oneprnt and prntAI and helps adults think through traits, everyday concerns and story ideas. She does not access your family’s stories, change your account or create a book from this chat.
Can I include a familiar pet or comfort thing?
Yes. In the invited prntAI experience, a clear photo of a saved pet or comfort thing becomes an illustrated reference that you approve before it is used.

Sign in to ask about your account, a test payment or a copy or removal of your data. Your messages and replies appear in Support requests. Include the page name and error message, but leave out child details, passwords, verification codes and card numbers. Leona can explain a product step; she cannot handle these requests for you.
