Your information, clearly explained

Choosing Preview story confirms that you are an adult and sends your words and selected story type through oneprnt to OpenAI, as explained beside the button. OpenAI proposes a title and short description, then checks that outline. When the illustrated preview is available, your words, the outline and a prepared fictional style reference also go to OpenAI to make one picture. Preview characters are fictional; this step does not use your family photos, create a child profile or save a finished book. Use a nickname and general context; leave out contact details and private records.

Your copy in this tab

If your browser can save the idea, its original words, story type and outline stay in this tab for up to 30 minutes. If saving fails, copy them before leaving. The picture is held only in the open page and is not included in that saved outline or transferred to prntAI. Choose Save picture before leaving if you want to keep it. After you sign in and choose to use the idea in prntAI, the original words can become your saved family draft. The website copy is removed after that save is confirmed. You can also remove the idea from the homepage; that clears this tab’s copy, not provider or operational records.

Preview allowances

Visitors share three previews per connection. Verified adult accounts receive 10 previews each calendar month across devices, renewing at midnight on the first day of the month in Europe/Zurich. Unused previews do not carry over. Approved testers may temporarily have no count limit; funding and safety controls still apply.

For account previews, requests stopped before AI processing do not use the allowance. A returned outline counts even if its picture fails. A sent request can keep a preview reserved while an uncertain outcome is checked. We do not retry it automatically.

A keyed network code and a browser cookie track visitor usage; the cookie can last up to a year. A separate keyed account code tracks monthly usage. Request records keep fingerprints, timing, review and usage details rather than your words, outline or generated picture. Image records also identify the model and prepared style reference. These records are not anonymous and currently have no fixed deletion date.

Your words and the proposed outline still pass through our servers and OpenAI. The same provider-retention limits described below apply. Removing the local idea does not reset the preview allowance. Return to the story composer.

Leona helps adults with general trait information, everyday parenting concerns and oneprnt products. You may use a child's first name or nickname; a nickname is enough. It is optional and goes to OpenAI with your messages when you choose Send question. Please leave out surnames, contact details, passwords and private health records. Leona does not diagnose or give individual treatment advice. The chat does not accept photographs or documents. Automated checks can miss personal information.

What is sent

When chat is available and you send a question, your messages and earlier replies in that conversation go through our website server to OpenAI to generate and check an answer. The proposed answer is also sent for that check. Leona does not retrieve your family profiles or Stories.

For supported trait topics, our server can search public NHS, National Autistic Society and selected Swiss guidance, including Pro Juventute and Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich, using fixed general terms, such as “anxiety children”. It can then read a relevant article from those sites. Your message, name, network address and family details are not included in these requests. These institutions receive requests from our server. Retrieved passages may go to OpenAI to ground and check the answer. Source links are optional to open; the guidance is given here in the conversation.

What is kept

The conversation on screen is held in this page, not saved as a chat history in your browser. New answer text is not retained in our database request records. We keep request identifiers, timestamps, review results, usage records and fingerprints used to recognise the same request and answer. These are operational records, not an anonymous dataset. Your question and answer still pass through our servers and OpenAI.

A repeated request does not start another model call. If an answer was processed but did not reach your screen, it cannot be recovered from the new request record. Start a new conversation to ask again. Earlier records created before this change on 19 September 2026 may still contain answers.

For visitor chat, the server also turns network information into a keyed code used to limit abuse. People sharing a network can share that allowance. The code is not proof of your identity, and it is not a marketing identifier. This chat does not send raw network information to the model.

Clearing and retention

Hide chat keeps the conversation and unsent message in this open page, and a question already sent may finish while hidden. Start over or Close and clear chat removes them from this page; leaving or reloading the page also clears them. This does not delete request records, earlier stored answers or records held by service providers. Leona does not yet have an automatic deletion schedule or a self-service server-deletion control for operational records. These records are currently retained without a fixed deletion date. Clearing this page does not erase earlier copies in backups or provider systems. Use a nickname and share only the general context needed. There is no persistent family memory in this public chat.

We request that OpenAI does not store responses for later retrieval. This is not a zero-retention guarantee: provider abuse-monitoring and other retention rules can still apply. See OpenAI's data controls. A special zero-retention arrangement has not been verified for this service.

When you send a support request, oneprnt stores its topic, messages, replies, status and dates with your adult account. Authorized support staff can read the thread. This form does not send your message to an AI service or by email. Leave out child details, photographs, passwords and card numbers.

Replies appear in Support requests. Sending or closing a request does not itself copy or remove data, refund a payment or change account access. Support records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. You can use the form to request a copy or removal; completion needs a separate response from oneprnt.

Account settings offers one download containing your current households, access roles, email preference history and all your website support conversations, including closed requests. You can also download an individual conversation from its page. These files do not include your sign-in provider profile or email address, other members’ account details, family stories and pictures, payment and usage records, backups or provider-held records. Describe any other records you need in a data-copy request.

Your language and appearance choices are saved in preference cookies for up to a year when storage is available. They apply only to oneprnt and do not change analytics consent, account permissions or preview allowances. System appearance follows your device. You can change these choices using the website controls.

When optional analytics is available, the cookie controls on this page let you choose whether to share page-view counts. Collection stays off unless you allow it. These counts contain no account, tracking ID, chat or story content. Connection data still reaches our hosting provider.

Your choice is saved in this browser when storage is available. Turning it off stops further sends. Counts already sent may remain in daily totals and cannot be removed individually. This choice is separate from product-news emails.
